Have used WatchGuard for about 10 years and currently on my 3rd model as the various models and technologies are improved. Support has been always been very good and the ability to configure the firewalls are straightforward through a great GUI with easy to follow menus. Also, I have used their online videos as needed. They have served as great edge protection.
