Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security

We needed an enterprise grade security appliance that was easy to manage/deploy, but also included a full feature set of security tools/features. WatchGuard fit the bill nicely, not only was it easy to put into place, but it also worked seamlessly with our other platforms. It was almost an immediate ROI.
  • Easy to deploy
  • Licensing/activation seamless
  • Fits in nicely with other solutions
  • We have not experienced any pain points
  • A lot easier to manage than other solutions
  • Easy for a non-experienced veteran to manage
  • Support is very responsive and helpful
  • Licensing can be done by a non technical resource
We worked directly with WatchGuard to license, deploy and configure. The purchase was through a reseller, CDW. From request for a quote to approval to having license in hand was less than a day.
Being able to manage several devices at different locations is a huge time saving benefit. It helps keep configurations similar and prevent surprises later.
WatchGuard keeps up more secure and saves us time with easy deployment and management. I highly recommend for others in the market for a similar solution. The true benefits are when you have multiple devices.
WatchGuard is a lot easier to use in addition a decent amount less expensive than thew mentioned solutions. With those you almost need special training or certifications to get your head around them, whereas WatchGuard is a lot more user friendly.
