Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
We use WatchGuard Firebox for all our branch offices and head offices to Threat detection along with User Bases Content Filtering to ensure a safe and secure environment. We also like because of the Zero Secure trust policy that Watchguard offers us. The Ease of deployment and management is also a great was for us to environment on a Month to month basis.

Worked with Syntax. Partner relationship great. Always offering upgrades and suggestions to help us deploy WatchGuard Network Security solutions to existing environment and things that can help us in the future. Expertise in deployment has been great and the service has never been issue.
The unified security platform allows for ease of use of the products along with easier deployments either locally or world wide. We dont fully use this functionality because it has not been completely required at this point but in the future, we will leverage this to ensure a complete door to door experience with much less effort.
We have not leveraged the Cloud solutions at this time.
Very comparable. Functionality is pretty much the same with some minor difference. Interfacing is slightly better on the Watchguard and overall setup and ease of use seems to be better on the watchguard suite compared to Fortinet. Product offering is also better on the Watchguard side to ensure you have a complete solution.
