Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security

Our servers are remotely handled by Uptime Legal Services. Access to those servers is via a firewall "box" that operates WatchGuard Network Security.

Pros

  • Maintaining our firewall
  • Ease of updating when necessary
  • Easy communication
  • Rarely have issues but if something occurs it is handled smoothly

Cons

  • Honestly we have not had issues with the services provided
  • Enabled us to establish our remote system of operation
  • Set up and operation was and continues to be smooth less
