Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security

WatchGuard is a great network security tool, a lot easier billing wise compared to Cisco's offering, it has been an easy to describe tool in a complete package. Central management and including free training on the WatchGuard portal have been a no brainer.

I currently work with a partner, Damien Richeux and Leader systems for supply.

My experience has been great, they have been more than happy to assist, especially whilst I have bene learning the product.
Easy management has been great, especially for a team of technicians, it is handy to be able to login to any customer that is managed and view all the necessary information.

Alerting has been good as well, notifying if the licensing is expiring soon has been a handy tool to have.
We recommend a WatchGuard to all our customers; utilising the VPN and total security suite gives us confidence in their networking and security. It is an easy-to-manage tool and easy to recommend.

  • Fortinet FortiGate
Meraki is a very good tool to use, however the billing model can be hard, especially cost wise.

Fortinet is outdated and does not seem to have a central management portal.

For a fast billing model, it is easy to explain to a customer, easily recommend to a customer and show how all inclusive the packages are.
