Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security

As a SMB IT Company I deal with a lot of SMB companies. I am also a cyber security expert and need to have a product that doesn't keep me awake at night wondering if one of my customers is going to get hacked. I have also tried many different firewalls, from Sonicwalls to Cisco and have come to trust and rely on WatchGuard Network Security Firewalls as my security blanket. They have the forsite to include needed up to date changes to security threats.

I base a lot of my decisions on the quality of support. With WatchGuard Network Security, I have yet to be disappointed. They always know the answer or send me to someone that had the answer. The competors pale in comparison. I highly recommend switching your enterprise firewall needs to one of the WatchGuard family of products. I'm a customer for life.

I have yet to take advantage of the cloud products. I look for the next opportunity to implement this solution.

I looked at the products and the Critical Vulnerabilities list. WatchGuard Network Security had the least Critical and Least vulnerabilities when I checked.

Technical Support is better far exceeds others. They are less expensive than what is considered industry top tier with equivelent robustness of product features and offerings. I think if you have a small restaurant perhaps a WatchGuard Network Security may be too much. I have placed these in medium to large businesses, leaving the smaller business on a different platform instead.
