Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We use Webex Meetings to collaborate within our company as well as to collaborate with Cisco, especially with Cisco TAC.
Pros
- Talking to Cisco TAC, asking to updates or a TAC case, talking to our third party contractors
Cons
- The interface is little bit clunky to navigate around
- It reduces turn around times in resolving faults for our customers
