- Webex Meetings helps in conducting seminars and workshops very well addressing a large number of audience.
- Customize Rooms, Breakout Sessions are very well integrated.
- Highly secured when compared to any other Online Meeting Platform.
- Compatible with any devices, so goes with BYOD (Bring your own device).
- May be integration of Artificial Intelligence will make it more powerful.
- Notification through messages over whatsapp can be one more added and welcoming feature.
- Cost factor should be worked out as it is a bit costly and hence give a chance to many others to opt for some alternate solution.

- UI design is atrocious and not user friendly

- Allows for group trainings and call in which a lot of attendees are required.

- Sometimes, it is hard for my prospects to join the meeting without downloading software or can't get the audio to work for some reason.
