Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

It resolves our communication issue those who are working from remotely. It is superb for team collaboration and share their things with the others. It gives the smooth experience in the meetings as same as in person meetings. Screen recording & Screen Sharing mostly we use in meetings for future reference. Easy for us to give the demo to the client using this solution because it has high quality video/audio response with very low latency. We can can virtual backgrounds and background noise suppression for better experience.

Pros

  • Flawlessly for demo and meetings.
  • Audio/Video with low latency and low downtime.
  • Ensure security for data sharing.

Cons

  • No as such issue but mobile app UI little bit sludgy
  • Subscription cost is high for startups need to be think.
  • On time meetings & demo.
  • Build client trust & relationship.
  • Always we can record the demo & meetings.

We are using this for hosting demo or meetings where large no audience will attend. It gives the full control for host where we can remove or mute anyone. we can add surveys & polls for getting the feedback from the audience. It saves our time and allow us to do work at any time & at any location due to its flexibility.
