Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Webex Meetings is very helpful for us from the covid times, Mostly using this for giving consultation to our international clients, gathering requirements, giving demo as well as training. It has wonderful and clear audio & video quality. We can record every meetings very quickly. Lots of inbuilt features like noise cancellation, adding background to promote our brand as well. Lots of control as well to remove or mute any participant. It improves daily work life and increase productivity also.

Pros

  • Noise cancellation saves from background disturbance.
  • Large no of participants can join easily.
  • Best in class audio as well as video experience.

Cons

  • White boarding needs to be more optimised facing sometimes laggy.
  • Building client relationship & trust that is the main ROI
  • Fullfill the client needs on time by giving training & demo using this app.
  • Continuously improving team collaboration and stay updated.
