Overall Satisfaction with Webex Webinars

Webex Webinars has been very useful to our business more so with employee training and we have it deployed in all departments. Besides trainings, we also use it for internal communications and it has been awesome. Since I work in the marketing department, I have also used it for lead generation and brand promotion and it works well.

Cons

  • Screen sharing needs improvements - sometimes it lags.
  • Some browsers aren't compatible with Webex Webinars.

For smooth internal business communication, Webex Webinars offers great features and also features some collaboration features including screen sharing. I therefore recommend this tool for team connectivity.
The tool also handles employee training well and makes it effective and affordable.
It houses some amazing features for lead generation and I would recommend it for marketing. The fact that we can engage thousands of participants virtually makes it a great choice.
