Overall Satisfaction with Webgility
We use Webgility's Unify software to connect our BigCommerce website and our Amazon store with QuickBooks Online. It helps us sync products and orders between the platforms.
- It runs regularly and efficiently, so I don't have to monitor it all the time.
- When there is a hiccup, Webgility provides good support.
- If Unify cannot sync a particular order, the error message can be cryptic, which makes diagnostics difficult.
- A previous integration that I tried was unreliable and thus completely unusable. Webgility simplified the process and let me focus on other business activities.
