Overall Satisfaction with WhatsApp Business

We use Whatsapp Business to have our customers from 8 regions and two software versions message us with support queries. These messages are directly forwarded into Intercom, our support program and handled by our support team there.

This enables clients to easily ask us questions from their phones, without having to always open an email client.

  • Confusing to see what your WA Business # looks like from a customer perspective
  • Whatsapp's support isn't always the most responsive
  • Increased customer satisfaction
  • Quicker response times

WhatsApp Business is well suited to organisations looking to professionalize their mobile based communications with clients, and in particular offering this as a sales / support funnel is a brilliant use case.

Outbound marketing / longer distance communication can be challenging however as replies to recipients after 24 hours has elapsed are limited by Whatsapp Business
