Overall Satisfaction with Whova
We organize the Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekend in Las Vegas, a yearly music festival and car show. This is our 3rd year using Whova. Out attendees love it. The amount of information that we can put on the app is perfect. We use the site plan to show where everything is, we use the schedule, vendor info, creating your own schedule, photo sharing, contact sharing, and more. The app is reliable and stable. In theory, Whova could be one app for all festivals. A far simpler way of doing things. Their customer service has been great also. I recommend this to anyone who organizes any sort of event.
- Instant messaging to customers.
- Community section.
- The ROI cannot be measured. I look at it as more of a service, replacing existing systems.
When we had our own app, it was not stable enough and it gave me the hassles of something else I had to deal with. By using Whova, they take care of all that. Although we have had no issues.
Do you think Whova delivers good value for the price?
Are you happy with Whova's feature set?
Did Whova live up to sales and marketing promises?
Did implementation of Whova go as expected?
Would you buy Whova again?
It is great for schedules for attendees to see. Customer interaction is good. Linking the schedule to the site plan is genius. We have mainly repeating customers so I would like to see the ability to carry every one over to the next event rather than everyone starting from scratch again. But I do understand their reasons for it. The option would be nice.
