Overall Satisfaction with Whova
We organize the Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekend in Las Vegas, a yearly music festival and car show. This is our 3rd year using Whova. Out attendees love it. The amount of information that we can put on the app is perfect. We use the site plan to show where everything is, we use the schedule, vendor info, creating your own schedule, photo sharing, contact sharing, and more. The app is reliable and stable. In theory, Whova could be one app for all festivals. A far simpler way of doing things. Their customer service has been great also. I recommend this to anyone who organizes any sort of event.

- Price. It is not a cheap product. I would like to see a lower price.
- Carrying attendees over to the next event automatically.

- The ROI cannot be measured. I look at it as more of a service, replacing existing systems.
When we had our own app, it was not stable enough and it gave me the hassles of something else I had to deal with. By using Whova, they take care of all that. Although we have had no issues.
