Overall Satisfaction with Whova
We used Whova for the Medical conference, we had different workshops at the same time and we will be able to watch workshops up to 3 months after the conference date. The application was reliable and very easy to use. There were no technical difficulties and we were able to create our own agendas for the workshops that we selected. I would highly recommend Whova for conferences and a large group of people attending them.
- Very organized to maintain different activities at different times
- Easy to use and everything is easy to visualize
- No conflicts between different workshops happening at the same time
- Weblink video is small, hence used zoom to attend workshops
- Time save on managing event logistics
- Improve attendee engagement
