Overall Satisfaction with Whova

I used Whova to navigate the conference agenda, network, and view items happening at our conference. Whova is easy to navigate and a very helpful tool to use instead of carrying around programs and trying to find conference sessions. I would recommend Whova to anyone having a conference. I will recommend this to other agencies to use as their navigation tool.

I forgot my program of the sessions and I opened Whova and the whole agenda of sessions were available for me to view. I was sent notifications of reminders of when events were happening. I was able to give each session presenter a review and network with others.

Whova Implementation

Whova was a tool used to navigate the conference as a whole. Networking was done through group chats. Events came through as notifications. The QR codes were used in the exhibit hall by agencies wanting feedback on doing opportunity drawings.

Yes - Whova was used as a conference guide, map and meet ups. I used it to find my session rooms and meet up with co-workers to go over information learned in sessions.

Whova Support

I did not have to use customer support team but I had great experiences with the Whova app.
