Overall Satisfaction with Whova

I am a member of an organization that used Whova for a conference. The business problem is that in connects participants with the agenda, workshop documents, and each other.
  • Lets people network or set up networking opportunities
  • Posts agendas
  • The ability to post photos
  • I wasn't able to download a presentation in the mobile app and tried to log in on my laptop. . . that was extremely frustrating. I never was able to download the presentation. It should be simple to log in to a computer to download or print documents uploaded by the presenter.
  • Whova increased attendee engagement from previous events held by this organization.

I think it was useful for the type of gathering that I attended. . . a conference where informal networking, uploading photos, etc., was valued. This is a more casual group. A different kind of business might not find it useful to be able to upload photos, etc.
