We love (and have used) Whova for virtual, hybrid and in-person events!

Overall Satisfaction with Whova

We have used Whova for our virtual annual conference in 2021, and our hybrid annual conference in 2022, and plan to use it again in 2023 for our in-person conference! We love it. It has all the standard features we need in a conference platform with a very reasonable price tag!
  • Speakers, exhibitors, and sponsor management (they can enter their own information/profiles!)
  • Webpages get generated automatically for agenda, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsor information entered within Whova! Then, we can drop this information into our website and it gets automatically when something gets updated within Whova (for example, a speaker updates their title
  • Or credentials)
  • Whova doesn’t like internet explorer! It messes with their tracking for attendee viewing of session recordings.
  • Whova made our virtual and hybrid events possible! Our virtual attendees loved the ability to interact and engage with each other, the exhibitors, the speakers and organizers of the event. It also allowed our in-person attendees to do the same, and navigate the conference on-site.
  • Whova made organizing the conference possible for our small staffed organization! We only have 1.25 FTEs and were able to pull off a hybrid conference in 2022. It wouldn’t have been possible without Whova!
We loved the ability to set up meetings with our Whoca support rep to answer our questions during conference setup. Dylan was great!
Whova is very responsive to customer questions! My favorite is the chat. We get answers within a few minutes!

Whova is great for organizations with a small budget! It has all the basics with a very reasonable price tag. We had to make some minor adjustments to our processes to fit how Whova functions, but it has all the basics we need and works great for virtual, hybrid and in-person events! Big companies pay big money for customization in their conference apps, small organizations can’t afford that. But Whova fulfills all the basic needs of a conference app without the customizations to allow for small organizations like us to have a great product at a reasonable price! We love it.
