Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

We use Wingman to both record our team calls, and use the calls for training new hires. It is an absolutely essential part of our day to day, and our onboarding process for new hires. Previously we had to search our CRM for the call, download it, watch it at normal speed and had no way of commenting. Wingman makes the process so much easier and better!

  • Multiple language support.
  • Transcriptions sometimes don't pick up words 100% right.
  • Call recording/sharing.
  • Commenting on calls.
  • Using calls for internal training purposes.
  • Wingman has made my managing of my team SO mure more efficient and faster.
  • I can get through so many more calls during a day than I could before.
  • My team can get feedback much more efficiently and ask questions easier too!
Wingman was much more efficient and easier to use, while also being complex. My whole team is able to use it and the pricing was very fair as well.

I run our customer success team so I use everything in the realm of CS not sales. Wingman can be a great tool for sales teams as well but we don't use those aspects. Things like pricing detection, common themes, etc. are not relevant for us on the CS team but would be awesome for sales! We like the call recording, the ability to share, and the ability to comment on calls and tag coworkers easily.
