It records the call and sends me automated minutes of the call on slack, so integration and recording are great!!!
We do daily client onboarding and consulting calls so it needs to be recorded and Wingman helps us with that, you can also trim the recording before sending it for your engineering team and attach on tickets

No, we just bought wingman, no other products its the best; the leadership team looked at it last year and since then our life is being easy and I am in Customer Success, so I don't have that knowledge about that as we do not need training cards but will try real time insights but need to have a strong AI for it other wise the app is perfectly fine, but for our sales team it is useful
