Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Wingman daily on my sales call to monitor my performance and take notes. Excellent tool. Highly recommend

Pros and Cons

Pros

The system automatically transcripts my sales calls. The accuracy of this is very high and makes reviewing my call now it’s so much easier.
Wingman is able to highlight keywords, identify questions, and keep track of who is speaking and win.

Cons

Sometimes the Wingman is late to the call by a few minutes. No worries.

Return on Investment

I need to follow up on every sales call I take and sometimes have 10 to 15 calls in a single day. It can be hard to remember specifically what someone may have said or needed when I follow up and Wingman allows me to easily track and go back to the point in the car where I know exactly what to do.

The alternative seem to provide way, more features and tools and rack, chili and heated, and it made it harder to use it out of the box and understand as a whole. Wingman does a good job with providing the right features and keeping things simple.
