Overall Satisfaction with WizeHive Zengine
It is being used across one department, which manages two non-profits that use the platform. WizeHive Zengine has brought both non-profits into a paperless operation and has streamlined communication between the staff and the users, specifically using "advanced technology." Finally, the platform has provided better organization of important documents for the non-profits.
Pros
- Organization of materials and CRM data
- The company customer service is personal, helpful, and proactive
Cons
- Integration with other apps/software
- More flexibility for custom application and form design
- Enhanced options for using the data in the platform (ie: across forms)
- Developed dashboard for administrators of the platform
- Application/form design
- Secure data upload
- Application cloning
- Multi-user capabilities
- WizeHive Zengine has worked well for our needs and has been the best platform in the market.
- It is costly for smaller non-profits, as is the hourly rate for customer service assistance.
Frankly, WizeHive Zengine was the best platform in the market when our non-profits were ready to move away from paper applications and archaic scholarship management. It continues to serve our needs, and we have not found a platform that offers something more attractive.
