Overall Satisfaction with WizeHive Zengine
We use [WizeHive Zengine] to collect applications for our training program across our affiliates. It lets us customize questions per state and split the data so only the affiliate directors of each state can see the applicants for their state. It allows the affiliate directors to track which applications are drafted and completed as well as assign reviewers to the applications as well.
Pros
- Customization
- Data silo-ing
- Ability for applicants to log on and off to complete their application in sections
Cons
- It's messy- we can only apply a question to a certain amount of applications so we have 2-3 of a lot of questions
- The affiliate directors can't export an excel file from their dashboard
- If a question changes or becomes required or not required it impacts all past applications
- The application itself
- The review portal
- The ability to segment data based on who needs it
- Helps keep all applications in one place
- Can drain admin staff resources with troubleshooting
- Allows us to see who starts, but doesn't complete application so we can follow up
