Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
- Centralize projects in one solution
- Deliver client-facing services
We manage a large automotive model launch process that lasts the entire year. Workfront has streamlined the capture of client feedback and houses all feedback and updates in a centralized location. It's been really effective. Can't imagine how we managed without Workfront.
Pros
- Captures client feedback and allows for conversation between clients that is captured for future reference.
- Notifies clients and triggers their review as well as advising on review deadlines.
- Automatic email notifications and tracking of timelines.
Cons
- Language in some of the set up drop downs does not reflect the advertising world. Doesn't make sense to new users.
- Workfront has streamlined our model update launch process and has been a welcome addition to a challenging and complicated process.
Excellent on boarding service provided.
