Usability

Workhuman is easier to navigate and use, all times that I need to use in desktop version was great and five start for that! the app mobile version is excellent to use too, however I have a challenge, here in my company we need to use a VPN to connect and all times I need to reconnect and recently I can't connect and need to go over desktop version to use my gift cards, before I was able to make that in the store, now I need to create the gift card before to go to the mall/store.

Workhuman provides team leaders with the support, tools, and information needed to understand and mitigate problems before they develop. How has this impacted your business?

The functionality that we use here in our company we use as part of strategy for recognize and inspiration for people keep doing the great job based on our ways of working as part. We need to have this tool for people understand that the company take care about other ways to be recognized.

I only have scenario where Workhuman was well suited as I commented for innovation internal program to engaged and promote strategy for innovation inside of our company and somehow invite the people and them being recognized for participation to break the wall of "i don't have idea or bad ideas" that can support a lot if define a strateagy approach with the tool.
