Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I utilize this for recognitions of employees and bringing the team together. Culture and recognition of someone's hard work can really help to drive people's motivation within the workplace and this program helps us to do just that. I utilize this to also bring light to a team that is working cohesively with one another in order to drive collaboration.

Pros and Cons

Pros

A representative was working with a customer through a difficult situation and resolved it with the customer being very happy in the end. We used this to provide recognition to that rep.
A team of ours was working on a project where we were able to provide a solution to the customer that brought them a more well-rounded solution that initially asking for and we acknowledged the collaboration with this.
Recognized a team member for being selfless and a team player overall.

It has driven motivation to help employees feel valued and like they are really seen throughout the company.

Usability

This program is really beneficial, and we have had nothing but positive feedback from it. There is nothing that would make us want to give this less than a 10 rating.
