We use Workhuman to recognize colleagues who go above and beyond in their day-to-day roles. It is a way for us to show gratitude to those who make our jobs easier and more enjoyable. We not only get to feel fulfilled by recognizing each other, but we also feel appreciated when we receive recognition.

Sometimes it takes a bit longer to recognize colleagues when going through all the steps, but overall, it is a really good way to thank someone.
