I have not seen it used for this purpose, I have only seen individual recognition from the platform and not any feedback or issues, out of scope for my role

it has been a good software and solution for addressing employee recognition, in the past we did not put a cap on max spend, but we have recently made a change to control the amount of money being spent to stay within budget in the future
