Usability

The platform is super easy to use. I love that my current co-workers are pre-populated when I enter the site.

Workhuman provides team leaders with the support, tools, and information needed to understand and mitigate problems before they develop. How has this impacted your business?

I believe this also provides an avenue to enhance teamwork and increase efficiency, as well as encouragement for employees to look for and make suggestions to improve processes.

Again, Workhuman is a very easy and quick way to thank and recognize colleagues. I do think that people forget to use it and it should be promoted more by supervisor or the company overall.
