Overall Satisfaction with Workspace ONE Powered by AirWatch
Workspace One in combination with Airwatch is very powerful to manage all your corparted devices. You can set many setting for you iOS, Win10 or Android devices. SSO is possible. The installation is not easy at all. The Workspace One Console is needed for the login and it's connected with you local AD. You can configure 2 Factor Authentication if needed.
Pros
- Complet manage for IOS devices
- Better support experience for employees
- Separate Support Team from VMware and separate portal + community
- Easy to manage with knowledge
Cons
- Integration is not easy. (You will need help from VMware or consultant).
- Mostly in der Cloud (on prem possible but not recommended).
- Often that you miss features (iOS & Android).
- A lot of connectors that must be installed in your environment + Network settings.
- You don't need to touch every device once you have integrate it in Workspace One.
- Better Support experience for employees.
- You employees can work faster with SSO integration on mobile devices.
VMware can handle more platform and is leading in mdm.
