Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo

We use it as an internal corporate communications platform where we share important company notices, personal stories, employee interest stories, etc.
  • UI is excellent, very simple to use.
  • Functionality is very similar to most "big" social media apps, which is a plus.
  • Various modes of use such as polls, posts, kudos etc. are very well done.
  • Links to corporate apps/business systems
  • Set up of 'spaces'
  • Corporate communications
  • I would say the improvement in inclusivity and communications has been huge.

I think this application would be well suited to any medium to large enterprise where employee engagement has been a challenge in the past. It acts as a perfect medium through which employees can communicate with each other, with the management levels, and vice versa.
