Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo
Workvivo is a key resource in keeping a global workforce connected and improving company culture - it allows all members of the organisation to see both key professional updates and keep in touch personally and provides a great first port of call to new hires with a business directory, news options and linking to other spaces to allow them to connect with colleagues on a personal level through shared interests. It allows always all management departments to reach out to allow employees and provides visibility throughout sectors.

- Analytics to see engagement levels of employees
- Workvivo could improve on its ease of use for its own branding - making banners, etc is a cumbersome process but a key feature in the arsenal of a company looking to improve company culture - more freedom should be given to customise.
