Workvivo was already in use in one part of our business when we decided to implement it firm-wide. It's multi-functional for us; allowing everyone to keep in touch through simple things like announcing birthdays, activities, etc. It also is where we make company announcements, IT updates, and a document repository - it really is the centre of our business now.

One Tool for Communication
Workvivo in my company is used for all kind of Internal Communication. Some of the examples are announcements from Company Leaders, wishing for the associates birthday and work anniversary. We also use the tool to announce policies and there is a provision in the system to receive acknowledgment from the associates. It works more like a Facebook or instagram feed but there is also a provision to pin something if that post is important and needs everyone’s attention.The tool very smoothly works with the SFTP and SSO Integration and so associates will not have the pain of remembering password.

Great Sharing Platform
I use it for publicizing events that are going on within the company, announcing awards, team building exercises, we use it to upload photos of our pets and for competitions. Its like a work version of Facebook where we can keep up-to-date with what is going on throughout the wider company.

Great experience using Workvivo, would definitely recommend.
We use Workvivo as a company Social platform, news outlet, engagement platform, policy organization and so much more. I personally use it daily to stay up to date whit what's new in the company: new colleagues, trainings, events, challenges, celebrations, announcements. It is a very user friendly system and I like to check it a few times per day for anything new and interesting happening in the company.

Amazing app!
Workvivo is a fantastic app that allows you to keep in touch with all your colleagues, especially those from other countries. It was implemented by my company 1 year ago, and it is effectively the company intranet where information, communications, etc. are sent to us; but it is also the way to share anything with the rest of the company: a photo, a hobby, the photos of the company dinner, etc. You can share anything you want! So, on one side, Workvivo promotes knowledge among all employees; on the other, it really creates a lot of engagement.

Workvivo bring employees together
Workvivo replaced a longtime company intranet platform (Staff Connect) to improve engagement and smooth departmental communication gaps. The similarities to social media platforms make it easy to learn and fun to use. Retrieving information or documents from everyone in the company has never been easier. Seeing everything going on in the other offices has brought us closer together as a company.

Workvivo is a great little app to have
I use Workvivo to keep up to date with the ongoings with the company and also on recruitment progression opportunities while also looking at the social side of things and seeing all the different aspects of peoples lives. The company also uses this as a way to offer us any information on other companies that may be of benefit to us. The company uses it also as a way to get colleagues involved with doing little competitions there to keep up company morale.

Workvivo is great!
Workvivo has been great to use. I feel it has allowed our company to get appropriate information to all users quicker and more consistently than previous solutions such as e-mail. I really like that it's easy to recall stories/posts and the way it is grouped into spaces. Additionally, being able to shout out other colleagues for great work is fantastic. Workvivo's support has been helpful, too - a quick tweet about a problem, and it was fixed later that week! Awesome!
My only - minor - criticism would be that the design feels a little cluttered, especially horizontally on large screens.

Workvivo allows me to interact and consult with colleagues on multiple sites. The multiple functions of Workvivo allow us to have dedicated strings for different aspects of the business as well as allowing for some downtime and more informal discussions. Although relatively new to Workvivo, I am thoroughly enjoying what it can do for me and the people I work with.

Workvivo connects the employees in our company. From America to Australia, all employees are connected and can see news and information at a glance. Furthermore, Workvivo is a central data location where all possible company apps can be accessed. Also, the own designed areas are highly recommended because you can follow them individually, the displayed pinboard is also tailored to you personally. It is like a "for you" page.

Workvivo has been a fantastic addition to the business. The ability to share information so freely has helped the progression of the company immensely over the past year or so. It helps create togetherness and real family space.
