Workvivo at its best!

Workvivo is used daily at Spearline. We use it to interact with our colleagues who are based around the globe. It is a great communication tool which brings us closer together. Instead of sending numerous emails that not everyone needs to see, we post on Workvivo, tag the appropriate teams, departments or locations and go from there! Birthdays, work anniversaries and other fun initiatives are posted, shared and commented on through Workvivo.

We also use the "Spaces" section within Workvivo for our different clubs i.e. Sports & Social, Gardening, Baking, Fitness, ESG and many more. Spearliners have the choice to join these clubs and receive regular updates!

During one of the first lockdowns, we ran a social campaign so that we could all get to know each other better and therefore interact better - this involved posting about "A day in the life of......" and uploading some photos, we then tagged two colleagues who had to do the same. This was excellent and we all found out a little bit more about our colleagues who were unable to meet with.

Workvivo is an excellent interactive platform for us.
