Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo
We use it on a daily basis for colleague recognition and engagement. It's also used for launching new initiatives, and competitions, and sharing regular updates to the wider business. It's a really useful tool that covers a broad range of requirements. We even use it for storing important information on policies, links, and documents for all colleagues to access from one area.
- Users can access it through an app on their phone so useful for taking pictures at the moment to give feedback instantly.
- Posts can be liked and commented on.
- Separate spaces can be setup for different groups.
- If tagged in a post it should be visible on the persons profile.
- Search functionality extended to text in documents.
- A reminder to alert users when they have access to space but their notifications are switched off.
- Pictures can be shared.
- Users can be tagged.
- Information can be saved and accessed.
- Birthday and Anniversaries are flagged.
- Communication has improved massively, results are clear from our colleague engagement surveys.
- Colleagues feel valued as they are getting the recognition they deserve.

No comparison between the two, the range of features and functionality on Workvivo is really broad. I found almost everything I went looking for on Workvivo was there somewhere which really helped and made it quite a user friendly especially to those who were already familiar with some of the social media platforms and how they work - worth noting that it's also been well received by users who wouldn't be very tech savvy or familiar with social media platforms.
