Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo

It is great as a hub that welcomes us every day when opening our browsers. It allows there to be a sense of community within our company and allows us to interact with departments we perhaps would not speak to on a day-to-day basis. It can also be used to get us up to date with all the latest news with our company and can easily allow us to find useful links, such as to expenses and meetings.
  • Becoming the ideal homepage for our work place.
  • Allows us to find important links to vital service, such as expenses.
  • Its 'newsfeed' allows employees to share news and updates with one another
  • We could have a notification feature on our teams so we know when people important to us post
  • A messenger service
  • Better ways to highlight all the benefits - such as podcasts which should be made clearer
  • Hosting the shortcut for important links such as expenses and holiday
  • A way to highlight the good work done by departments across the company
  • A site that is also fun, such as hosting 'pizza quizes'
This is my first job with something like this, so I do not have something I could compare against.

The website is our default homepage and allows you to have the latest company news right in front of you. I think it worked well in my experience during the pandemic. Whilst we were stuck at home working, this site allowed us to bring that sense of community back, through hosting quizzes on the site, which may seem small, but was a sense of joy during those tough times. Wish the site had features where notifications could be turned on, so we were told about certain posts that we could tailor to our own needs.
