Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for communication between each other, for showing work progresses to other teams and departments but also to announce important dates, celebrations etc.

Also we are using the tool as some kind of database, for example for phone lists and many other important documents, everybody needs to have access to.

Workvivo is a great place to stay in contact with colleagues throughout the whole company. You get different views on different aspects of all of our hotels. I like the layout because it reminds me of classic social network layouts which makes it quite easy to use. However, I experience that many colleagues struggle with keeping some things within their own team/group and post it on the main wall. Maybe there is a bit more potential to seperate rooms and main wall a bit better. All in all a really useful tool!
