Overall Satisfaction with WorkWave Service
WorkWave Service is our credit card processing system. We use this service to process customer payments and refunds. We use settlement reports to reconcile our internal accounting with WorkWave Service transactions. We process around 1,500 payments per day averaging from $250k to $315k. Chargebacks and customer disputes are also dealt with on the WorkWave Service portal.

- They have allowed us to continue accepting online and over the phone payments with no issues
- We cannot refund transactions over 45 days which has increased the amount of checks we have to cut for refunds
