- Allows supervisors to send nudges
- Data dump extraction on its usage possible
- Very supportive implementation team
- Nudge Coach itself - the quality of nudges is too poor, too basic....it does not capture the process nuances despite taking inputs
- Not flexible with catering to multiple process in the same instance
- No governanace structure on auto nudge/ no dump available
- Filters available in leaderboard but not on dashboard which is important
