Overall Satisfaction with worxogo Nudge Coach

It is individualised for each employee on the operating floor. I see merit in the back office transaction processing area - To drive operational performance, employee motivation, SLA focus, and guided intervention for team leaders.

  • Continuously tracks KPI performance, including variance, trends, upward/ downward movements
  • Targeted, data driven intervention for team leaders - fact based, transparent, and eliminates biases, perceptions, leading to a healthy work environment
  • Would like to see expanded use cases where it can influence a change in consumer behavior in some manner and not just limited to improving employee SLA performance. Use cases for the BFSI customer base and not just employees. Combine customer analytics with Behavior analytics to deliver a bigger outcome
  • Dependent on other systems for data input. Plug n play integrated solution
  • Improved span of control
  • ROI is contingent on the maturity of existing process management tools
It is unique in its proposition and therefore has a tremendous opportunity to scale.
