Overall Satisfaction with Xactly AlignStar

We use Xactly AlignStar (AS) to map, realign, change zips and do everyday maintenance. We also use AS to suggest new territory alignments with the suggestion of territory expert.

We looked at a variety of options, including Align Plus, Javelin, and TerrAlign. We chose AS due to ease of learning.
Works great in Pharma. The software is great at suggesting possible realignments, and is very easy to use. I'd like to see better advanced training options for experienced users.
