Overall Satisfaction with Xmind
I use Xmind to map out project scope, take meeting notes, create flowcharts for production processes, and to display departmental information.
- Easy to use, simple flowcharts.
- Multiple functions, flowcharts can be edited to be suitable for a variety of tasks.
- Displays information in a dynamic and interesting way.
- Editing and moving tiles around - having the starting topic fixed can make it tricky to get the desired layout.
- The use of mathematic functions.
- Additional layouts like value stream maps, production cycle flowcharts etc.
- No hard numbers attributed to ROI based on using this program.
- Efficiency in communicating information has increased.
This is the first tool of its kind that I have used, however it's simple UI and low learning curve make it very beginner friendly.
