Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
Brightmine is a reference tool for me. Helps with the HR guidelines. I use Brightmine regularly for my day-to-day activity and would recommend it to anyone who needs a reference. You get in-depth knowledge of how to write contracts and business HR letters, which helped me understand the HMRC regulations in depth.
Pros
- Writing HR letters.
- References with proper eg/ tribunal reference.
- Great site for HR starters.
Cons
- I think you have done a great job with examples to explain and this is an advantage.
- Leading a new starter to understand the regulations in a cost effective manner.
I have used Brightmine for reference, and this has impacted my knowledge and understanding when starting fresh in UK.
Working out the HMRC standards.
My line manager recommended this to me, and I am sure he has used it as well in order to recommend this product to me and my colleague.
