A must buy! HR at your fingertips

I use Brightmine to update letter templates, access advice and update policies. A lot of our templates are dated and not in line with legislation, therefore using the updated versions saves time and gives you a good insight as to what is relevant and goo practice. For advise it is nice to have something to sanity check against and just to review. I also use the training tools which are super handy! Just quick guides and tools which cover just about every topic you may need.

Massively helped my company to be more complainant. This is due to the fact that it is easy to access updated employment law advice and the policies are often already written, so I am just required to alter them to fit my company. Complex topics are broken down into easy to understand guides as well which makes life so much easier.
