Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

Brightmine provides a wide range of services and guidance fit for a small/medium sized organisation. Training guides are helpful for managers, templates are helpful for HR and flow charts when trying to upskill others. Keeping up to date with legislation changes is also an added benefit, and understanding where to go for the latest changes to process, payments and employee rights.

  • Organisation of resources - sometimes you need to dig around for templates and flow charts
  • Consistant structure - some topics have flow charts, others do not, it isn't always the same
  • In site ability to bespoke letters, rather than downloading and editing.
  • Time to research
  • Resources in headcount
  • Legal fees
I think more could be available - simple policy examples, or minimums as a guide. There is a huge volume of data but it isnt always simple to migrate from the site into the work environment. Examples of what others have done would also be helpful, to set up a community to share.
Regular email updates help, and being able to attend sessions with experts is a great value.

I have used the platform in many stand alone roles and find it very helpful as a place to go for guidance. It doesnt replace the art of conversation, and sometimes I wish there was a chat feature to talk to someone. But mostly the platform provides all the help needed to run a basic HR function.
