Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

I use Brightmine to look at policies, and to also use templates as these are reliable and accurate to be able to use in my organisation. For example, seeing how exit interview can be conducted and how my organisation can benefit from using this.

As my department have access to Brightmine, we are able to access this whenever we need to. It has imapcted our HR compliance due to being able to use the reliable information that it has to offer. When having to send letters such as resignations, we have previously used a template from Brightmine which we have since sent.
As ChatGPT is AI generated, it makes Brightmine stand out more because Brightmine has preloaded information which are easily accessible. Compared to ChatGPT where you have to filter down exactly what you are after in order to get the information you need.

Yes

Brightmine is well suited when needing to gain advise on something in particular. For example, when needing advise on TUPE, it gives a detailed description of TUPE and every aspect that is involved within this. I have found the information to be reliable and informative and I am able to gain a good insight into this.
