Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

I use Brightmine predominantly for process flows and ensuring that our existing processes are as up to date as possible at any time. I use it for up to date employment law advice and for creating new template documentation within the business.

  • Case Law examples

Cons

  • I have never had the benefit of the chat function, it is always unavailable when I have tried to use it for a quick query
  • Be quite specific with variations in Scots Law
  • Reduced Legal Costs
  • Reduced Research Time
I have found that by using Brightmine's legal platform, I have been able to sound out great advice (general advice, not case specific) rather than outsourcing external solicitors.
