During COVID it was particularly helpful where the business was thinking about financial management and what options we have in terms of cutting salary, annual leave or pension. It was also great in terms of what do we do with the working from home scenario and gave some good insight. COVID information was sparse everywhere as it was made up as the country went along but Brightmine was quick to put something together that companies could lean on.
