The access to template policies reduces our risk exposure as a small organisation by providing us with a solid base for our employee handbook. The employment law updates are also invaluable to ensure that we are kept up to date and can then feed that through to our own employees.
The webinar on the upcoming 2024 employment law changes was extremely helpful and will assist in making sure that my organisation is up to date. I haven't used Brightmine as much when designing our HR strategy but will look into this in the future.
I have had no need to look at other products as Brightmine fulfils our requirements.
