Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
Brightmine has been really useful for a stand alone HR Manager. The platform helps address missing policies and letter templates. Without having a large team of HR professionals, it is useful to have something to fall back to get technical knowledge and expertise.

- Pricing is the only thing I can think. Compared to HR-Inform, there is a distinct difference in price
- Saved cost on internal resource
- Developing confidence of HR employees
The legislative timetable has been particularly useful to ensure that the business is up to date and knowledgeable of all legislative changes. Being able to plan ahead of time, and know exactly what changes are coming - mean that the business can remain compliant.
More content - however consequently more expensive.
